The main targets of the center are:

• To increase the effectiveness of activities in science, applied at the university level;

• To develop research projects with higher education institutions, ministries, local authorities, entrepreneurs and enlarge the international cooperation.

• The center is opened to scientific collaboration among all similar national units or abroad on the basis of commitments or within national or international bodies oriented towards assimilation, development, promotion and scientific transfer.
